The Spanish leg of the Global Champions Tour took place in Valencia's City of Arts and Sciences from 7 to 9 May, opening the 2010 edition of the prestigious international show jumping circuit.

Once again the competition arena was erected in the Príncipe Felipe Science Museum's lake, around which the stands, VIP area and Commercial Village were set up.
The special sand brought in from Lyon for the first edition was reused in the construction of the arena.
Following last year's success, the Jardín del Caballo (“Horse Garden”), located in the Jardín del Turia, between the Museum and the competition boxes, once again introduced children to the world of horses, completely free of charge.
